Active Warrant Leads To Drug Charges For 2
James Cassidy and Samantha Allen were arrested last night after a detective recognized Allen and knew she had a warrant.
MANCHESTER, NH — A detective recognizing a wanted subject led to drug charges against two including one for drug dealing, according to police. James Cassidy, 55, of Manchester, was arrested on Jan. 31, 2018, for possession of a controlled drug-heroin with intent to distribute. Also arrested was Samantha Allen, 33, of Manchester, for possession of controlled drug-heroin and falsifying physical evidence. At around 10 p.m. last night, detectives from the Queen City’s Special Enforcement Division were in the area of Maple and Manchester streets when they spotted Allen – who had an active warrant – walking with an unknown man.
