Elderly Man Indicted For Allegedly Cutting Cat’s Throat: Roundup

Plus, an alleged burglar and an alleged strangler were indicted while a homeless sex offender allegedly fails to register.

MANCHESTER, NH — The following people were indicted in Hillsborough County Superior Court-North in June.

George Abbott, 69, of Laurel Street in Manchester, for felony cruelty to animals for allegedly cutting a cat’s throat on March 6, 2017, in Manchester.

Nathan Albertson, 34, of Pine Street in Manchester, for possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl with intent to sell and possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl, both felonies, allegedly on Dec. 22, 2016, in Manchester.

Jeremy Allen, 51, a homeless man now located in Manchester, for felony duty to report for allegedly failing to register as a sex offender on Nov. 21, 2016, in Manchester.

Samantha Allen, 33, of Lewis Street in Manchester, on two felony counts of possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl, crack cocaine allegedly on Oct. 18, 2016, in Manchester.

Joseph E. Anderson Jr., 32, of Concord Street in Manchester, for felony burglary. On March 16, 2016, he allegedly burglarized a home on Hunters Village Way in Manchester.

Michael Ayers, 20, pictured lower right, of Putnam Street in Manchester, for felony second-degree assault for allegedly strangling a teenager on March 21, 2017, by “lifting her up off the floor by the neck” in Manchester.

Jason Ball, 47, pictured lower left, of Fox Hollow Drive in Hudson, for felony possession of a controlled drug-crack cocaine allegedly on May 9, 2017, in Manchester.

Matthew Barry, 31, pictured upper right, of Knocks Pasture in Wolfeboro, for felony possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine allegedly on March 21, 2017, in Manchester.

Kyle Beaulier, 26, pictured upper left, a homeless man now located in Manchester, for burglary and theft by unauthorized taking, both felonies, as well as possession of burglary tools.

Ryan Belanger, 41, of Onset Street in Bennington, for second-degree assault-domestic violence, two counts of domestic violence-criminal threatening, and two counts of domestic violence-reckless conduct, all felonies, as well as domestic violence-simple assault. On Feb. 26, and April 8, 2017, in Bennington, he allegedly terrorized and threatened to injure a child under 13.

Shawn E. Bemis, 43, of Pine Street in Manchester, on two felony counts of domestic violence-simple assault for allegedly smashing a woman’s head into a railing and bumping her with his chest on Feb. 14, 2017, in Manchester. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of violation of a protective order in Manchester District Court in March 2012.
