Alleged Bedford Drug Dealer, Others Indicted: Roundup

Man indicted for ID fraud, stolen purse in Peterborough, habitual offenders indicted, Queen City woman indicted on assault, forgery charges.

MANCHESTER, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court-North.

Chadd Gugliotta, 27, pictured lower center, of Seton Drive in Bedford, for possession of fentanyl with intent to sell, for possession of crack cocaine with intent to sell, and possession of a controlled drug-Buprenorphine, all felonies. He was arrested on June 3, 2016, in Manchester.

Frank Hampson, 36, pictured lower left, of Lowell Street in Manchester, for identity fraud, fraudulent use of a credit card, theft by unauthorized taking, and receiving stolen property, all felonies. In Peterborough on Dec. 23, 2016, he allegedly stole a woman’s purse from the Peterborough Town House and defrauded People’s United Bank by using another person’s credit card without permission on Dec. 28. Previously, according to the indictment, Hampson was twice convicted of theft.

Mitchell Hanson, 59, pictured upper left, of Cleveland Street in Allenstown, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on two counts of felony sale of a controlled drug-crack cocaine allegedly on Nov. 21, Nov. 29, 2016, in Manchester.

Julius Lane, 36, of Youville Street in Manchester, for habitual offender allegedly on Jan. 2, 2017, on Wilson Street in Manchester.

Robert Larson, 28, pictured upper center, of Manchester Street in Manchester, for theft by unauthorized taking, a felony, as well as criminal mischief. On Dec. 11, 2016, in Bedford, he allegedly broke a motor vehicle window and stole a purse.

Philip Luken, 29, of Beech Street in Manchester, for possession of a controlled drug-Oxycodone allegedly on March 11, 2016, in Manchester.

Riley Harris, 23, of Orchard Avenue in Manchester, for criminal mischief, receiving stolen property, possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl, two counts of forgery, theft by deception, all felonies, as well as domestic violence-simple assault. The mischief and assault charges stemmed from an alleged incident against a man in Manchester on Dec. 16, 2016. The other charges stem from an alleged incident on Jan. 2, 2017, in Manchester where she allegedly stole 14 checks and deposited at least two, according to the indictment.
