Alleged Boscawen, Manchester Shoplifters Arrested: Log

Bedford Police: Queen City men also arrested on driving and fraudulent use of a credit card charges.

BEDFORD, NH — Justin P. Boucher, 35, of Manchester, was arrested at 9:11 a.m. on July 28, 2016, for driving after revocation or suspension, disobeying an officer, and transporting alcoholic beverages. He was arrested after a motor vehicle stop on Route 101.

William B. Tzimopoulos, 22, of Manchester, was arrested at 12:28 p.m. on July 29, 2016, for fraudulent use of a credit card. He was served the warrant on Willow Street.

Robert Hanright, 47, of Boscawen, was arrested at 1:34 p.m. on July 29, 2016, for willful concealment and a warrant. Also arrested was Ryan Bissonnette, 27, of Manchester, for theft by unauthorized taking and a warrant. They were arrested after police were sent to South River Road for a report of a shoplifting incident in progress. They were both arrested again at 11:18 a.m. on July 30, 2016, on more charges.

Deng M. Chol Mabor, 39, of Manchester, was arrested at 2:46 p.m. on July 29, 2016, for negligent homicide, aggravated driving while intoxicated, and reckless conduct. He was arrested after a motor vehicle crash investigation on South River Road.
