Alleged Rug Thief, Drug Dealers, Others Indicted
A Bedford man was indicted for perjury plus Manchester men indicted on reckless conduct, falsifying evidence, and other alleged crimes.
MANCHESTER, NH — The following people were indicted in Hillsborough County Superior Court-North in April.
Malinda McBride, 53, of Cleveland Street in Manchester, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on two counts of sale of a controlled drug-crack cocaine and possession of a controlled drug-crack cocaine with intent to dispense, all felonies. The charges stem from alleged incidents in November and December 2016, in Manchester. Previously, according to the indictment, she was convicted of possession of a controlled drug in Hillsborough County Superior Court-North in August 2015.
Richard McPhee, 37, of Bridge Street in Manchester, for felony reckless conduct, driving after revocation or suspension, and disobeying an officer. On June 8, 2016, he allegedly was driving at a high rate of speed and refused to stop for police in Manchester.

Asia Morel, 21, of Dubuque Street in Manchester, for felony falsifying physical evidence for allegedly hiding a firearm on Jan. 18, 2017, in Manchester, believing that an investigation was imminent.
Edward Mottau, 49, pictured upper left, of Grove Street in Peterborough, for burglary, two counts of receiving stolen property ($1,501+), and theft by unauthorized taking ($1,501+), all felonies. Between Oct. 15, and Dec. 25, 2016, he alleged burglarized a home in Lyndeborough and stole carpets.
Mark Murphy, 53, pictured upper center, of Pine Street in Manchester, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on three counts of sale of a controlled drug-crack cocaine and two counts of acts prohibited-heroin, all felonies. The charges stem from alleged incidents in October and December 2016, in Manchester.
Ryan O’Day, 36, of Millstone Terrace in Bedford, on two felony counts of perjury. On Nov. 20, 2015, in Manchester, he allegedly lied to a grand jury about a plan and whether or not he had a Facebook account at the time of a baseball bat assault in July 2015.

Derek Pagliuca, 28, of Cypress Street in Manchester, for felony attempt to commit falsifying physical evidence for allegedly attempting to swap out his urine while interacting with a probation officer on Feb. 14, 2017, in Manchester.
Samantha Pollock, 22, of Second Street in Manchester, for felony possession of a controlled drug-Oxycodone allegedly on Dec. 8, 2017, in Manchester.
