Alleged Strangler, Others Indicted In Hillsborough County
Plus, alleged Boston crack dealer, habitual offender, man who reportedly shot himself, alleged thief with priors, and others indicted.
MANCHESTER, NH — The following people were indicted in Hillsborough County Superior Court-North in April.
Don T. Raymond Jr., 20, pictured far right, of Blaine Street in Manchester, for felony possession of a controlled drug-cocaine allegedly on Jan. 31, 2017, in Manchester.
Tamra Reed, 30, pictured far left, incarcerated in MCI-Framingham, on four felony counts of receiving stolen property (due to two prior convictions) and four counts theft by deception (under $1,000). The charges stem from stolen jewelry she allegedly received in February and March 2016, in Manchester, that she reportedly hocked at Cash for Gold.

Jonathan Roig, 34, of Temple Court in Manchester, on three felony counts of acts prohibited-heroin for allegedly selling the drug to an individual working with police in February, March, and April 2016, in Manchester.

Jose Rivera, 38, of Agnes Street in Manchester, on two felony counts of possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl, methamphetamine allegedly on Jan. 31, 2017, in Manchester.
Maritza Rivera, 36, of Spruce Street in Manchester, on two felony counts of possession of a controlled drug-heroin, fentanyl allegedly on Nov. 29, 2016, in Manchester.
Jose Rueda, 20, of Dubuque Street in Manchester for reckless conduct and falsifying physical evidence, both felonies, for allegedly firing a gun, injuring himself, and hiding a shell case in the trash on Jan. 17, 2017, in Manchester.
Michael Say, 39, of Hamblett Street in Manchester, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on two counts of possession of a controlled drug-heroin, fentanyl with intent to dispense, sale of a controlled drug-heroin, and three counts of possession of a controlled drug-cocaine, Alprazolam, Clonazepam, all felonies. The charges stem from alleged incidents in February and March 2017, in Manchester. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of acts prohibited in Hillsborough County Superior Court-North in August 2016.
Mark Soucy, 43, of Central Street in Manchester, for felony second-degree assault-domestic violence and simple assault. On Oct. 15, 2016, in Manchester, he allegedly strangled an intimate partner and kicked struck her in the face with his hand.
Osvaldo Soto Jimenez, 23, pictured left center, of Ellington Street in Dorchester, MA, on four counts of possession of a controlled drug-crack cocaine, heroin, Oxycodone and identity fraud, all felonies, as well as false swearing, two counts of unsworn falsification, manufacture, sale, and possession of a false ID, disobeying an officer, and false report to law enforcement. The charges stem from an alleged incident on Jan. 10, 2017, in Manchester.
