Alleged NY, Portsmouth Drug Dealers, Others Indicted: Roundup
Hampton man indicted for bad checks, Newmarket man reportedly drove vehicle while a woman was hanging on, Manchester man indicted for theft.
BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted in Rockingham County Superior Court recently.
Alison MacArthur, 32, of Albert Street in Goffstown, for possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl, a felony, allegedly on June 12, 2016, in Salem.

Nichole MacKenzie, 29, or Blacksnake Road in Seabrook, for possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl and habitual offender, both felonies, and misuse or failure to display plates, allegedly on Sept. 3, 2016, while driving on Route 1 in Seabrook.
Paul Malcuit Jr., 26, of Church Avenue in Salem, for possession of a controlled drug-Burpenorphine and theft by unauthorized taking, both felonies, allegedly on Aug. 7, 2016, in Hampstead. He allegedly stole batteries from Hannaford. Twice before, Malcuit has been convicted of theft.

Charles Malmsten, 33, of Valley Lane in Kingston, for attempted theft by unauthorized taking – a Dewalt power tool from a store – and possession of a controlled drug-heroin, both felonies, allegedly on May 8, 2016, in Raymond. He’s previously been convicted twice before for theft.
Nicholas Malo, 21, of Keefe Avenue in Hampton, for felony issuing bad checks – $1,105, allegedly issued from a frozen account – on April 15, 2016, in Hampton.
Ernesto Mateo, 27, pictured upper left, of Belmont Street in Manchester, for felony unlawful interference with a fire alarm apparatus on Aug. 1, 2016, for allegedly breaking a sprinkler head at the Rockingham County House of Correction.
Tamra Matheson-Reed, 30, pictured lower left, of Mascuppic Trail in Tyngsboro, MA, for possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl and seven counts of receiving stolen property, all felonies, allegedly on May 10, 2016, in Derry. She allegedly retained a laptop, Coach products, a camera, jewelry, a Playstation, and other items from a man’s vehicle. Previously, she’s been convicted of theft twice before.
Amy Matton, 38, pictured upper right, of Gosling Road in Portsmouth, for three felony counts of sale of a controlled drug-cocaine allegedly on June 14, June 17, and July 14, 2017, in Portsmouth.
Meredith Morrison, 21, of Fulton Street in Medford, MA, on two counts of possession of a controlled drug-Buprenorphine, fentanyl and theft by deception, all felonies, allegedly on June 17, 2016, in Salem.
Taheen Mungo, 34, pictured lower left, of West Chester Avenue in the Bronx, NY, for possession of a controlled drug-crack cocaine, with intent to sell and possession of a controlled-heroin, both felonies, allegedly on Sept. 1, 2016, in Greenland.
