Maine Men Arrested By Sheriffs On Theft, Burglary Charges: Roundup

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were arrested recently by Rockingham County Sheriffs.

Brock A. Cochran, 38, of Aster Lane in Orono, ME, was arrested on May 19, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for false report to a law enforcement officer and on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear on a burglary charge.

Tamra L. Reed, 31, of Collettes Groves in Derry, was arrested on May 18, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the arraignment of a possession of fentanyl charge and on a judge’s order to arrest for seven counts of receiving stolen property.

Emmy-Lee E. McNeil, 30, of Blakes Hill Road in Northwood, was arrested on May 11, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at an original charge of fentanyl possession.

Louis A. Walbourne Jr., 36, of Pine Street in Manchester, was arrested on May 10, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the disp. conf. on an original charge of possession of methamphetamine.

John J. Ferreira, 42, of Oak Street in Derry, was arrested on May 9, 2017, for contempt capias-marital non-support and on a judge’s order to arrest for small claims in Derry District Court.

Michelle J. Goddard, 39, of Lincoln Street in Manchester, was arrested on May 8, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the plea sentencing on an original charge of possession of cocaine, on a judge’s order to arrest for false report to a law enforcement officer, and on a judge’s order to arrest for operating after suspension.

Jeffrey M. Pratt, 56, of Pequawket Trail in Standish, ME, was arrested on May 5, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for restitution on an original charge of theft.

Samantha L. M. Dusombre, 23, of Mammoth Road in Londonderry, was arrested on May 5, 2017, for violation of probation on an original charge of possession of heroin.

Julius S. Lane, 37, of Youville Street in Manchester, was arrested on May 4, 2017, for possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl-less than 5 grams.

Kristopher A. Barnes, 29, of Holton Street in Lawrence, MA, was arrested on May 3, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the arraignment of an original charge of receiving stolen property.

Lynne A. Hebert, 44, of Highland Park in Milton, was arrested on May 1, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for possession of Oxycodone and on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the arraignment of an original charge of falsifying physical evidence.
