Alleged Sword Slasher Indicted In Hillsborough County

Plus, an alleged drug dealer from New York arrested in Bedford indicted as well as a Troy man on a burglary attempt charge in Peterborough.

MANCHESTER, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court-North.

Daniel Taylor, 36, pictured center, of Mackey Road in Troy, for felony attempted burglary and criminal trespass allegedly on Dc. 26, 2015, in Peterborough.

Arturo Vargas, 38, of Sherman Avenue in New York, NY, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on three felony counts of possession of a controlled drug-heroin, methamphetamine, cocaine with intent to distribute. The charges stem from an alleged incident in Bedford on Feb. 4, 2017.

Luciano Vasquez, 35, of Hanover Street in Lawrence, MA, for felony falsifying physical evidence. On March 6, 2017, in Manchester, he allegedly placed a baggie containing fentanyl in his anal area in an effort to impair a criminal investigation.

Jonathan Walker, 33, of Garden Drive in Manchester, on three felony counts of possession of a controlled drug-heroin, cocaine, fentanyl as well as domestic violence-simple assault alleged on March 6, 2017, in Manchester.

Scott W. Kastner, 34, of Lake Avenue in Manchester, for felony duty to report allegedly on Aug. 15, 2016, in Manchester. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of the equivalent of aggravated felonious sexual assault in Berkshire County Superior Court in January 2002.

Amanda Whiting a.k.a. Amanda Carey, 38, with a last known address of Blueberry Lane in Penacook, for felony theft by unauthorized taking for allegedly stealing Arizona boots from JC Penny in Manchester on Nov. 17, 2016. Twice before, according to the indictment, she has been convicted of theft.

Jessica Williams, 29, of West Hollis Street in Nashua, for felony possession of a controlled drug-Suboxone allegedly on Jan. 20, 2017, in Manchester.

Mark Wilson, 26, of Williams Road in Hillsborough, for felony forgery as well as two counts of theft by unauthorized taking (under $1,000). The charges stem from an alleged incident involving a check owned by another on Sept. 24, 2016, in Hillsborough.

Lisa Willey, 51, pictured left, of Massabesic Street in Manchester, for felony reckless conduct as well as simple assault and two counts of resisting arrest or detention. On Jan. 24, 2017, she allegedly swung a sharp instrument and struck another person in the hands causing injury and struck a police officer in the face in Manchester.

Justin Wojtowic, 26, of Cedar Street in Manchester, on three felony counts of theft by unauthorized taking. On Dec. 8, and Dec. 13, 2016, he allegedly stole lottery tickets from the Hans Food Mart and Mr. Market in Manchester. On Dec. 8, he allegedly cashed in winning tickets that did not belong to him. Previously, according to the indictment, he has been convicted twice before on theft related charges.
