Bedford Woman Indicted for Setting Her House on Fire: Roundup
Plus, alleged Queen City drug dealers, alleged Goffstown thief, two inmates allegedly escaping, and alleged welfare fraudster, all indicted.
MANCHESTER, NH — The following people were indicted in Hillsborough County Superior Court-North in March.
Tatiana Cancela-Rivera, 28, of Spruce Street in Manchester, on two counts of possession of a controlled drug-crack cocaine, with intent to dispense, two counts of acts prohibited-heroin, and possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl, all felonies. The fentanyl charge stems from an alleged incident on Oct. 19, 2016, in Manchester, while the acts prohibited charges reportedly occurred on Sept. 7, 2016. The drug dealing allegations allegedly occurred on Jan. 31, 2017.

Terrance Cannon, 36, pictured upper center, of Bridge Street in Manchester, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, for falsifying physical evidence (allegedly hiding fentanyl in his mouth while in prison), two counts of possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl, Buprenorphine, two counts of possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl, crack cocaine, with intent to dispense, and delivery of articles prohibited-fentanyl, all felonies. The charges stem from alleged incidents in November and December 2016, and January 2017.
David Carey, 44, of Bryant Road in Manchester, for felony habitual offender and felony receiving stolen property. On Dec. 18, 2016, he allegedly took control of a Toyota Corolla belonging to another person and drove it in Manchester.

David Cherry, 28, pictured lower left, of Malvern Street in Manchester, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, for second-degree assault, criminal mischief, conduct after an accident, disobeying an officer, and reckless conduct, all felonies, as well as resisting arrest or detention. On Aug. 30, 2016, he allegedly drove a vehicle on the road side of the road on Bridge Street causing a crash.
Linda Chipchase, 40, pictured upper right, of Union Street in Manchester, on two counts of possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl, crack cocaine, with intent to dispense, and receiving stolen property, all felonies. On Feb. 4, 2016, she allegedly took control of a firearm that had been stolen from a Hooksett gun shop. On Dec. 20, 2016, she was allegedly in possession of the drugs.
Justin Collier, 25, of Lowell Street in Manchester, for felony escape, for allegedly leaving the official custody of the Calumet House in Manchester on March 28, 2016.
Deborah Currier, 53, of Ledgewood Road in Bedford/New Hampshire Hospital for felony arson. She allegedly set her own house on fire, according to the indictment.
Chance Darling, 19, a homeless man now located in Manchester, for two counts of controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl, crack cocaine, two counts of falsifying evidence, and two counts of possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl, cocaine, all felonies, allegedly on Feb. 3, 2017, in Manchester.
Jennifer Deleon, 34, of Lake Avenue in Manchester, for public welfare prohibited act, a felony, for allegedly obtaining benefits while making false statements that her husband was not a household member between April 2012 and August 2014.
Jesse Delgreco, 29, of Bremer Street in Manchester, for theft by unauthorized taking, a felony due to previous convictions. On June 13, 2016, in Goffstown, he allegedly stole a bottle of Advil from Hannaford.
Mark Delisle, 42, currently incarcerated in the Strafford County Jail in Dover, on two felony counts of theft by deception for allegedly drawing on a bank account where there were not sufficient funds in October and November 2016, in Bedford.
Terry Deschenes, 26, pictured lower right, of Lowell Street in Manchester, for felony escape for allegedly leaving official custody at the Calumet House in Manchester on Dec. 8, 2016.
Travis Dukette, 23, pictured lower center, of Central Street in Manchester, for felony burglary for allegedly entering another person’s Manchester apartment on Dec. 24, 2016.
