Cops Net Nine During Crack Cocaine, Heroin Raids
Nearly $15,000 worth of crack cocaine and heroin, and more than $9,000 in cash were seized during raids at four apartments in Manchester.
Manchester Police along with the New Hampshire State Police Narcotics Unit made major drug busts yesterday which led to the arrest of nine people and the discovery of nearly $15,000 worth of crack cocaine and heroin, and more than $9,000 in cash.
The raids were conducted at four apartments on Central Street, Lake Avenue, and Pine Street. Manchester SWAT rounded up a number of “unintended targets” including one apartment that had 21 people inside, all of whom appeared to be under the influence of drugs, according to police.

- Khamin Todd, 29, of Manchester, who was charged with being a fugitive from justice out of New York City, possession with intent to distribute crack cocaine, possession with intent to distribute heroin, and possession of a controlled drug.
- Vienna Rivera, 29, of Manchester, was arrested on a sale of a controlled drug (heroin) charge. Police allege she was a “co-conspirator” with Todd.
- Courtney Barrett, 43, of Manchester, a former Concord resident, was arrested and charged with sale of a controlled drug and placed on a 72-hour hold for a warrant stemming from a probation violation.
- Jose Agosto Guerrios, 19, of Bell Street in Manchester, was charged with possession of a controlled drug (marijuana).
- Charleyann Martin, 25, no fixed address, was arrested on an electronic bench warrant from Raymond.
- Jessica Michaud, 32, no fixed address, was arrested on two non-drug related warrants.
- Warren James Helm, 29, no fixed address, was also arrested on a non-drug related warrants from another agency.
- Sandra Quintanilla, 38, of Manchester, was charged with possession with intent to distribute crack cocaine.
- Angel Rodriguez, 26, of Manchester, was charged with possession with intent to distribute crack cocaine, possession with intent to distribute crack cocaine, and sale of a controlled drug (heroin).

The raids, according to Lt. Brian O’Keefe of the Manchester Police Department led to the alleged discovery of 128 grams of crack cocaine valued at about $13,000, and 17.8 grams of heroin, valued at around $1,400. Smaller amounts of marijuana, Alprazolam, and Oxycodone were also reportedly found along with the seizure of $9,099 in cash. The investigation involved undercover detectives purchasing illegal drugs from the targeted addresses over the past several weeks, he noted.
All of the people arrested have various arraignment and court dates set, according to O’Keefe.
