The New Hampshire Department of Corrections and the New Hampshire State Police are investigating. Anyone with information on his whereabouts should contact the New Hampshire State Police or a local law enforcement agency.
Walking away from a correctional facility can result in a charge of Escape that is a Class B felony punishable by 3.5- to 7-years in prison, according to Lyons.
According to posts on Patch, Holloway was arrested in Greenwich, CT, in June 2015, on a parole violation out of New York City as well as criminal impersonation and forgery after he was found walking along Merritt Parkway and he reportedly gave police two different names. After being fingerprinted, they found out who he was, according to the report. A little more than a year later, he was arrested for selling crack cocaine in Nashua. Police stated at the time that he had 10 grams of the drug in his possession.
