Mass. Man Indicted for Failing to Pay Child Support for 7 Years: Roundup

NY man indicted for dealing crack in Nashua, NJ man indicted in Milford cellphone scam, Rochester woman indicted for stealing diamond rings.

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South.

Mark Duggan, 50, with a last known address of East Merrimack Street in Lowell, MA, on two felony counts of non-support. Between February 2009 and September 2016, he allegedly failed to pay child support for two minor New Hampshire children even though he was employable during the years he reportedly failed to pay.

David English, 45, of Bridge Street in Lowell, MA, for felony habitual offender, allegedly on June 28, 2016, on Bridge Street in Pelham.

Brianna Fleck, 26, of Lake Street in Nashua, on two felony counts of possession of a controlled drug-heroin and/or fentanyl, Diazepam, allegedly on Aug. 1, 2016, in Nashua.

Jose Flores, 19, of Stevens Avenue in Nashua, for felony falsifying physical evidence. On Jan. 7, 2016, in Nashua, he allegedly scattered marijuana all over the interior of his vehicle, “believing that an official investigation was pending or about to be instituted.”

Dan Gonzalez, 27, of Palm Street in Nashua, for felony possession of a controlled drug, Clonazepam, allegedly on July 16, 2016, in Nashua.

Ricky Holloway, 25, pictured lower left, of 155th Street in Queens, NY, for sale of a controlled drug-crack cocaine, and possession of a controlled drug-crack cocaine, with intent to distribute, both felonies, allegedly on July 26, 2016, in Nashua.

Randolph Jackson, 46, of King Street in Nashua, felony sale of a narcotic drug-cocaine, $180 worth, allegedly to a Nashua Police officer on Aug. 19, 2016.

Gendersso Javier, 24, pictured lower center, of Pershing Street in Camden, NJ, on four counts of identity fraud, all felonies, and four counts of possession of a false government identification. On Aug. 10, 2016, in Milford, he allegedly attempted to obtain cellphones from U.S. Cellular under false names.

Alyssa Jean, 43, of Lock Street in Nashua, for felony attempted falsifying physical evidence. On Aug. 16, 2016, at the Country Barn Motel in Nashua, she allegedly impaired an investigation into drugs in the cabin.

Shamia Jordan, 23, pictured lower right, of Boston Post Road in Sudbury, MA, for felony receiving stolen property. On Sept. 2, 2016, in Nashua, she allegedly knowingly had more than $1,000 worth of liquor, the property of the New Hampshire Liquor and Wine Outlet, and knew that it was stolen, according to the indictment.

Brittani Kean, 24, of Thomas Street in Rochester, for felony theft by unauthorized taking. In June 2016, in Milford, she allegedly obtained control over two diamond rings, worth more than $1,500, from another person.
