Elderly Woman Indicted On Fentanyl Dealing Charge: Roundup

Queen City man indicted for child sexual assault, Hancock man indicted for burglary, habitual offender indicted for driving in Goffstown.

MANCHESTER, NH — The following people were recently indicted in Hillsborough County Superior Court-North.

Seth Hall, 37, lower left, of Amherst Street in Manchester, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, for delivery of articles prohibited-fentanyl, possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl, and two sale of a controlled drug-fentanyl charges, all felonies. The charges stem from alleged incidents in October 2017, in Manchester. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of sale of a controlled drug in Rockingham County Superior Court in April 2013.

Jeffrey Howard, 61, of Central Street in Manchester, for aggravated felonious sexual assault, a felony, and simple assault. Between June 9, 2015, and June 9, 2017, in Manchester, he allegedly sexually assaulted and assaulted a child under 13.

David Hunt, 27, upper right, a homeless man now located in Manchester, on three felony counts of possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl, methadone, clonazepam allegedly on July 17, 2017, in Manchester. Previously, he was convicted of controlled drug act.

Devon Jacobson, 20, of Country Lane in Hancock, for felony burglary. On Aug. 24, 2017, she allegedly burglarized an apartment on Country Lane.

Marcus Johnson, 28, of Alsace Street in Manchester, on seven counts of second-degree assault, criminal threatening-domestic violence, and two counts of domestic violence-simple assault. On Aug. 7, 2017, in Manchester, he allegedly strangled an intimidate partner numerous times.

Mary Knee, 30, upper middle, of Prospect Street in Manchester, for accomplice to second-degree assault and tampering with witnesses and informants, both felonies, as well as endangering welfare of a child and simple assault. She allegedly violated the duty of care of a child after a reported assault in her home.

George Kniffin, 30, of Blaine Street in Manchester, for felony sale of a controlled drug-crack cocaine allegedly on Sept. 20, 2017, in Manchester.

John Knox, 27, of Kennedy Brook Drive in Stoddard, for habitual offender allegedly on March 13, 2017, on South Mast Road in Goffstown.

Linda Lafond, 66, lower right, of Spruce Street in Manchester, for felony sale of a controlled drug-fentanyl allegedly on Oct. 11, 2017, in Manchester. Previously, according to the indictment, she was previously convicted of sale of a controlled drug in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South.

Joseph Lamarche, 34, upper left, of Pennacook Street in Manchester, on four counts of receiving stolen property and four counts of theft by deception, all felonies, allegedly in June 2017, in Manchester.
