Hillsborough Court Indicts Drug Dealer

Plus, Concord man faces burglary charge from Milford, Merrimack man indicted on heroin charges, alleged jacket and purse thieves indicted.

Hillsborough Superior Court indicted the following individuals recently:

Jason Bailey, 31, currently incarcerated, for felony second-degree assault. He allegedly strangled a woman in Nashua on Jan. 6, 2015.

Deadra Briggs, 55, of Temple Place in Nashua, for felony possession of crack cocaine after an incident on Oct. 10, 2015, in Nashua.

Robert Caprood, 50, of Fletcher Street in Nashua, for felony possession of a controlled drug, second offense, for allegedly being in possession of nandrolone decanoate on Dec. 12, 2014, in Nashua, after a previous conviction in 2009.

Fray Cayetano, 19, of Boxford St. in Lawrence, MA, for felony robbery. On Jan. 6, 2015, he allegedly acted “in concert with Christopher Francisco and Anderson Morales” to “knowingly use physical force” on a man so they could reportedly remove property from his apartment in Nashua.

Christopher Corrigan, 33, of Shedds Avenue in Nashua, on two felony possession of controlled drug charges (clonazepam, oxycodone) on Dec. 12, 2014, in Nashua.

Michael Dachowski, 37, of Concord, for felony burglary after an alleged incident in June 2011 in Milford.

Christina M. Giguere, 28, of Palm Street in Nashua, for felony counts of theft by unauthorized taking, receipt of stolen property, and organized retail crime enterprise for the alleged theft of North Face jackets at Zimmerman’s Sports Shop in Nashua between September and October of 2014, reportedly with the assistance of Steven Giguere, Doris Berry, and Rebecca Bulsa. Also, for the theft of purses at the TJ Maxx in Nashua on Aug. 14, 2014. She has two prior convictions in Nashua and Hillsborough courts.

Steven Giguere, 25, of Palm Street in Nashua, for felony criminal liability to theft by unauthorized taking and organized retail crime enterprise for the theft of purses between July and August 2014 at the TJ Maxx in Nashua. Also on a felony theft by unauthorized taking and organized retail crime enterprise charges for the jackets incident.

Jose Gonzalez, 44, currently incarcerated, for three counts of felony sale of narcotic drug, second offense, for allegedly selling crack on Aug. 1, 2014, in Nashua, and heroin on July 25, and July 31, 2014, in Nashua, after already being convicted in Massachusetts in 2004.

Christopher Hayes, 34, currently incarcerated, for three felony sale of controlled drugs counts for allegedly selling heroin on July 11, July 15, and July 16, 2014, to a police officer in Nashua. He was previously convicted in 2011.

Cameron LaFontaine, 21, of West Street in Milford, for possession of controlled drug (marijuana) after an incident on June 11, 2014, in Milford.

Rene Lavoie, 54, of Lansdowne Street in Manchester, for two felony counts of conspiracy: witness tampering. He, along with Kathren Vitale and Ernesto Rivera, allegedly tried to get a woman to recant a statement sometime between November 2013 and February 2014 in Nashua.

Tyler Letourneau, 23, of Continental Boulevard in Merrimack, on two counts of felony possession of narcotic drug (heroin) after incidents in Nashua on Aug. 6, 2014.
