Homeless Teen Indicted On Stolen Car, Crash Charges: Court Roundup

Lyndeborough man indicted on gun, threat, burglary charges; man accused of biting cop; man accused of dealing, hiding drugs in his rectum.

MANCHESTER, NH — A Hillsborough County grand jury indicted the following people recently.

Paul Lopez, 36, of Hancock Street in Manchester on burglary, willful interference, second-degree assault, two simple assaults, two resisting arrest or detention, and two cruelty to animals charges. On Nov. 13, 2023, he was accused of burglarizing Our Lady of Cedars Church on Mitchell Street in Manchester, biting a cop, kicking another cop, kicking a state trooper, strangling and punching “Ivy,” at New Hampshire State Police K-9 unit, and struggling to keep from being arrested.

Emmanuel Lopez-Ortiz, 35, of Ciley Road in Manchester on a felony second-degree assault charge. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner on Dec. 9, 2023, in Manchester.

Gregg Malisos, 50, of Manchester Street in Manchester on two felony tampering with witnesses charges. He was accused of telling a woman that if she loved him, she would not provide testimony in court, and accused of telling her if she called the police and he went to prison, he would stab her, throw her in the river, or “blast her,” if she called police on July 22, 2023, in Manchester.

Michael McKinney, 37, of Wilson Street in Manchester on a felony duty to inform charge. He was accused of failing to tell Manchester police when he had vacated a room on Queen City Avenue in Manchester on April 14, 2023.

Aidan Medbury, 18, a homeless man now located in Manchester, on reckless conduct and receiving stolen property charges, both felonies. He was accused of retaining a stolen Saturn Vue on Nov. 13, 2023, and driving it through a parking lot at an unsafe speed, through a parking lot, striking a vehicle, and crashing into a building in Manchester.

Karen Mekkelsen-Weeks, 39, of Auburn Street in Manchester on possession of fentanyl and possession of crack cocaine charges, both felonies, in Manchester on Sept. 21, 2023.

Troy Melvin, 37, of Williams Way in Lyndeborough on four domestic violence-criminal threatening, three reckless conduct, felon in possession of a weapon-firearm, falsifying physical evidence, three first-degree assault, and three burglary charges, all felonies. He was accused of threatening an intimate partner with a knife and pistol, firing the gun in her direction three times, hiding the gun in a safe, and telling state police he was coming out shooting or words to that effect on Nov. 22, 2023, in Lyndeborough.

Keon Mercer, 50, of Grove Street in Manchester on four felony burglary counts. He was accused of burglarizing a South Willow Street property in Manchester four times on Oct. 29, 2023.

Matej Miskovic, 30, a homeless man now located in Manchester, on possession of fentanyl with intent to sell, falsifying physical evidence, possession of pregabalin, possession of crack cocaine, and two counts of possession of cocaine, all felonies. He was accused of selling, possessing, and hiding drugs in his rectum on Oct. 31, 2023, in Manchester.

Giovanne Morris, 31, of Grove Street in Manchester on criminal threatening, second-degree assault-domestic violence, and second-degree assault charges, all felonies. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner and making threatening motions with a knife on Sept. 24, 2023, in Manchester.
