Allenstown Man Indicted On Gun Threat Charges: Court Roundup

Andover, Concord, Franklin residents indicted on drug charges; woman accused of trying to hide cocaine inside cruiser; theft indictments.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.

Emily Kresco, 27, of Applecrest Lane in Andover, on possession of methamphetamine, possession of fentanyl, and possession of oxycodone charges, all felonies, on Sept. 27, 2019, in Andover.

Diane Labraney, 61, of Bond Street in Franklin, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. She's accused of stealing seafood from Shaw's Supermarket on Oct. 14, 2019. Previously, according to the indictment, she was convicted of two prior theft calls.

Shane J. LaBroad, 25, of Gulf Road in Northwood, on a felony possession of meth charge on Sept. 23, 2019, in Boscawen.

Jason Lockrow, 37, of River Street in Franklin, on a controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on Oct. 19, 2019, in Franklin.

Natalie Lombard, 35, of Kimball Street in Manchester, on possession of cocaine and falsifying physical evidence charges, both felonies. She's accused of possession cocaine and attempting to hide it in the backdoor panel of a New Hampshire State Police vehicle on Oct. 4, 2019.

Robert H. Marier Jr., 55, of River Road in Allenstown, on criminal threatening and reckless conduct charges, both felonies. He's accused of pointing a firearm at another man and stating "I'm going to shoot you" or words to that effect on Nov. 2, 2019, in Allenstown.

Dana R. Martin, 46, of Manchester Street in Manchester, on a felony possession of fentanyl-acetyl fentanyl charge on Sept. 30, 2019, in Hooksett.

Brian McCombs, 26, of Kelley Street in Manchester, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He's accused of stealing items from Walmart in Hooksett on Oct. 13, 2019. Previously, according to the indictment, he's been convicted of theft twice before.

Karen Mekkelsen-Weeks, 35, of Cedar Court in Franklin, on two counts of possession of buprenorphine, two counts of possession of methamphetamine, and possession of fentanyl charges, all felonies, on Sept. 24 in Hooksett and Nov. 6, 2019, in Franklin. Previously, according to the indictment, she's been convicted of acts prohibited in Belknap County Superior Court in March 2012.

Jamie Bennett, 32, of Fisherville Road in Concord, on a possession of methamphetamine charge on May 1, 2019, in Concord.

Brian T. Bilodeau, pictured upper left, 60, homeless in Concord, on a felony robbery charge. He's accused of pushing a woman during a theft incident on May 18, 2019, in Concord.

Gregory Brock, lower left, 32, homeless in Franklin, on three felony counts theft by unauthorized taking. He's accused of stealing a tip jar at Dos Amigos in Concord on Jan. 7, and Jan. 18, 2019; and True Brew Barista in Concord on Jan. 11, 2019. Previously, according to the indictment, he's been convicted of theft in Merrimack County Superior Court in October 2013 and February 2018.
