Manchester Man Arrested For DUI: Bedford Police Log

BEDFORD, NH — Andrew Evans, 41, of Milford, was arrested at 1:37 a.m. on Sept. 23, 2017, for aggravated driving while intoxicated, reckless conduct-deadly weapon, disobeying an officer-motor vehicle accident with serious bodily injury, and conduct after an accident with property damage after an incident on South River Road.

Nelson Hernandez-Melendez, 44, of Manchester, was arrested at 11:59 p.m. on Sept. 21, 2017, for DUI after a motor vehicle stop on South River Road.

Noelle Ballou, 36, of Bedford, was arrested at 11:18 a.m. on Sept. 19, 2017, for driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent and suspension of vehicle registration. She was charged after a traffic stop on Chubbuck Road. John A. Sullivan, 30, of Manchester, was arrested at 8:02 a.m. on Sept. 17, 2017, for driving after revocation or suspension and possession of marijuana after a motor vehicle stop on South River Road.

Vincent J. Ruban, 53, of Manchester, was arrested at 6:36 p.m. on Aug. 5, 2017, for driving after revocation or suspension and suspension of vehicle registration after a stop on Route 101.

Jesus M. Lopez, 46, of Manchester, was arrested at 10:08 a.m. on Aug. 4, 2017, for driving after revocation or suspension, driving after revocation or suspension- subsequent, and driving without giving proof. He was arrested on South River Road and Hull Road.

Nicholas Ramalho, 20, of Manchester, was arrested at 8:23 p.m. on Aug. 1, 2017, for willful concealment. He was served the warrant at the Valley Street Jail.
