Boscawen Woman Arrested Twice in 24 Hours: Log

CONCORD, NH — Bethany M. Bacon, 37, of Roseau Lane in Boscawen, was arrested at 9 a.m. on Sept. 8, 2016, for disobeying an officer. She was arrested on Abbott Road. According to police, she was arrested on Sept. 7.

Dylan A. Simms, 19, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 11:52 a.m. on Sept. 8, 2016, for two counts of receiving stolen property after an alleged incident at the Durgin Block Parking Garage.

Shannon E. Timoney, 25, a homeless woman now located in Concord, was arrested at 12:15 p.m. on Sept. 8, 2016, for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer after an alleged incident at Cumberland Farms on North Main Street.

Nicholas Ramalho, 19, of Thorndike Street in Concord, was arrested at 2:20 p.m. on Sept. 8, 2016, for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer after an alleged incident at Sears at the Steeplegate Mall on Loudon Road.

Geoffrey C. Speers III, 21, of Branch Turnpike in Concord, was arrested at 5:20 p.m. on Sept. 8, 2016, for criminal trespass after an alleged incident on North Main Street.

James N. Chestnut III, 21, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 7:20 p.m. on Sept. 8, 2016, on a bench warrant. He was arrested at the Clinton Street Park and Ride.

Kevin M. Hull, 29, pictured, of Vine Street in Northfield, was arrested at 8:40 a.m. on Sept. 9, 2016, for second-degree assault after an alleged incident on North State Street on July 6. He was arrested by the Northfield Police and is due in court on Oct. 17.

Troy W. Zanis, 41, of Western Avenue in Henniker, was arrested at 9:08 a.m. on Sept. 9, 2016, for criminal mischief and habitual offender after an alleged incident on Walker Street.

Jose D. Wermers, 26, of East Side Drive in Concord, was arrested at 10 a.m. on Sept. 9, 2016, for unarmed robbery allegedly at the Cumberland Farms on South Main Street as well as a bench warrant.
