Manchester Man Indicted On Gun Threat Charge: Superior Court Roundup

MANCHESTER, NH — A Hillsborough County grand jury indicted the following people recently.

Edward K. Abbott, 55, of Wilson Street in Manchester on a felony criminal threatening charge. He was accused of pointing a gun at another person between May 16 and May 17 in Manchester.

Adrian Allen, unknown age, of Elm Street in Manchester on a felony burglary charge. He was accused of burglarizing a Manchester home on March 29 to commit simple assault.

David Allen, 36, of Pinyon Place in Londonderry on a willful concealment charge. He was accused of stealing merchandise from Target in Bedford on May 27. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on two theft charges in Nashua District Court in April.

Johnny Almonte, 44, Putnam Street in Manchester on a felony falsifying physical evidence charge. He was accused of removing a cigarette box with methamphetamine inside to impair an investigation in Manchester on March 4.

Benny Amadiz, 46, of Laurel Street in Manchester on reckless conduct with a deadly weapon, possession of crack cocaine, possession of cocaine, and possession of fentanyl charges, all felonies. He was accused driving a motor vehicle at a high rate of speed, through stop signs, red lights, and in the wrong direction in Manchester on May 13.

Zachery E. Averine, 32, of Doten Lane in Grafton on a felony controlled drug acts; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on May 11 in Manchester.

Megan Bancroft, 19, of Lake Avenue in Manchester on two felony second-degree assault charges. She was accused of squeezing one child’s face with her fingers, causing bruising, and pulling at a second child’s ear, causing bruising, on May 29 in Manchester. Cherish Barna, 35, of Wilson Street in Manchester on controlled drug act; acts prohibited-crack cocaine, controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl, and falsifying physical evidence charges, all felonies. She was accused of concealing a small piece of paper with drugs inside between the rear passenger seat and back rest of a vehicle on June 3 in Manchester.

Jamal Barnwell, 40, of Marcy Avenue in Brooklyn, New York, on possession of meth and possession of meth with intent to sell on May 15 in Manchester.

Sebastian Bellio, 66, of South Main Street in Manchester on a felony criminal restraint charge. He was accused of standing in front of a door and not allowing a woman to leave the apartment while also threatening her with a firearm on May 15 in Manchester.

Hunter Benoit, 22, of Claremont Avenue in Manchester on a felony sale of a controlled drug-fentanyl charge. He was accused of selling the drug on May 14 in Manchester to a confidential informant.
