Derry, Manchester Teens Indicted On Strangulation Charges: Superior Court Roundup

Homeless man indicted on corrections officer feces assault charges; man accused of selling crack; thief indicted on concealment charges.

MANCHESTER, NH — A Hillsborough County grand jury indicted the following people recently.

Taqi Emad Al Badani, 20, of Maple Street in Manchester on criminal threatening and reckless conduct-domestic violence charges, both felonies. He was accused of driving his car, at a high rate of speed, at an intimate partner on May 13 in Manchester.

Jacob Aliberti, 19, of Brook Street in Derry on attempted second-degree assault-domestic violence-strangulation and second-degree assault-domestic violence-strangulation charges, both felonies. He was accused of attempting to and strangling a current or former intimate partner on April 9 in Manchester.

Christopher Allen, 39, of Bodwell Road in Manchester on felon in possession and criminal threatening charges, both felonies. He was accused of possessing a machete and threatening another person with it during a dispute on Jan. 27 in Manchester.

Wendy Alvarado, 58, of Hanover Street in Manchester on two felony willful concealment charges. She was accused of acting in concert with another to steal merchandise from Victoria’s Secret on South Will Street in Manchester on May 7. Twice before, she has been convicted on theft charges.

Benny Amadiz, 46, of Laurel Street in Manchester on illegal possession of crack cocaine, possession of crack cocaine with intent to sell, and three possession of crack cocaine charges, all felonies, on Feb. 19, March 20, and May 9 in Manchester.

Deandre Anglade, 22, a homeless man now located in Manchester, on three felony assaults by prisoners charges. He was accused of kicking at a corrections officer’s leg and spitting at them twice on July 1 at the Hillsborough County Jail in Manchester.

Taher Bashir, 18, of Laurel Street in Manchester on kidnapping and second-degree assault charges. He was accused of strangling and kidnapping another person in Manchester on April 16.

Justin Beaudin, 34, of Townhouse Road in Manchester on a felony receiving stolen property charge. He was accused of possessing a stolen 2020 Chevrolet Trax on March 19 in Manchester.

Kayla Boisvert, 29, of Front Street in Manchester on a felony unauthorized use of a propelled vehicle or rented property. She was accused of renting a 2022 Chevrolet Silverado owned by U-Haul of Manchester and failing to return it on May 25, 2023.

Brian Bolyard, 28, a homeless man now located in Manchester, on aggravated assault by prisoners, aggravated harassment-assault by prisoners, and simple assault by prisoners charges, all felonies. He was accused of bagging feces, sliding it out of his cell, and expelling feces on the floor at the Hillsborough County Jail, where he knew a corrections officer might step on May 27.
