Mass. Man Arrested On Credit Card Fraud: Bedford Police Log
Bedford teen faces driving charge, Portsmouth thief arrested on burglary, other charges and Bedford woman arrested for willful concealment.

BEDFORD, NH — Michael A. Starr, 18, of Bedford, received a summons at 1:35 a.m. on Oct. 28, 2017, for driving after revocation or suspension after a motor vehicle stop on Gage Road.
Robert Haines, 26, of Manchester, was arrested at 6:12 p.m. on Oct. 14, 2017, for driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent and suspension of vehicle registration. He was arrested after a traffic stop on Colby Court and South River Road.

Christopher S. Regan, 25, of Portsmouth, was arrested at 4:16 a.m. on Oct. 14, 2017, for burglary, felony theft by unauthorized taking – due to two prior convictions, and resisting arrest or detention. He was arrested on South River Road after a report of suspicious activities in progress.
Emily Soterion, 24, of Bedford, was arrested at 11:56 a.m. on Oct. 11, 2017, for receiving stolen property – less than $1,000 – and willful concealment. She was arrested after a shoplifting in progress incident on Colby Court.

Jammy Alphonse, 23, pictured, of Everett, MA, was arrested at 10:49 a.m. on Oct. 9, 2017, for credit card fraud – less than $1,000. She was arrested on a warrant on North Road.
