Alleged Lawrence Drug Dealers, Others Indicted: Roundup

Plus, habitual offender from Derry, alleged thief from Portsmouth, alleged Danville, Salem, and Seabrook drug dealers, all indicted, too.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted in Rockingham County Superior Court recently.

Kelvin Potter, 35, of Henry Law Avenue in Dover, for felony identity fraud. On June 13, 2016, he allegedly identified himself as another person in order to obtain a Go Wireless cellphone contract in Newington.

James Quinn, 58, of Franklin Street in Derry, for felony habitual offender as well as driving after revocation or suspension allegedly on Litchfield Road in Londonderry on July 15, 2016.

Christopher Regan Jr., 25, of Lafayette Road in Portsmouth, on two counts of felony receiving stolen property for allegedly retaining a woman’s purse and checks owned by a man on Sept. 23, 2016, in Portsmouth.

Christopher Reinhold, 45, of Joseph Road in Salem, on two felony counts of sale of a controlled drug-fentanyl allegedly on Aug. 9, and Sept. 9, 2016, in Salem. According to the indictment, he has previously been convicted of other offenses.

Angel Renta, 26, of Egmont Street in Brookline, MA, for felony possession of a controlled drug-Oxycodone allegedly on March 4, 2016, in Salem.

Keishla Reyes, 22, of Park Street in Lawrence, MA, for felony possession of a controlled drug-heroin, with intent to sell allegedly on Aug. 3, 2016, in Seabrook.

Lisa Roberson, 32, of Old Manchester Road in Amherst, for felony possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl allegedly on July 17, 2016, in Salem.

Priscilla J. Robertson, 32, of Judith Street in Danville, for sale of a controlled drug-fentanyl and two counts sale of a substance represented to be a controlled drug-Trazadone, all felonies, allegedly on April 7, 2016, in Derry. According to the indictment, she has previously been convicted of other offenses and has been known to use the aliases “Priscilla Ferreira” and “Priscilla Jerreira.”

Carlos Rodriguez, 20, of Lewis Lane in East Hampstead, for felony possession of a controlled drug-marijuana, with intent to sell allegedly on Aug. 8, 2016, in Salem.

Riena Rosa, 29, of John Street in Lawrence, MA, on five counts of sale of a controlled drug-heroin allegedly in May and August 2016, in Seabrook.

Benjamin Rouser, 19, of Cook Lane in Marlborough, MA, for first-degree assault, burglary, robbery, criminal threatening with a deadly weapon, and conspiracy to commit possession of a controlled drug-marijuana, all felonies. On Oct. 19, 2016, on Lamprey Drive in Epping, he allegedly burglarized a home, in concert with Raul Natareno and Travis Garand, to steal 5 lbs. of marijuana. The indictment also alleged that Rouser pointed a firearm at a man and struck him in the head.

Charles E. Ryan, 19, of South Main Street in Newton, on two counts of burglary and a single count of attempted burglary, all felonies. On June 27, 2016, in Hampstead, he alleged worked in concert with Justin Boivin and Eric Earle to burglarize Depot Crossing gas station, Dunkin’ Donuts, and attempted to burglarize Hampstead Variety.

Joshua Ryan, 21, of Beachwood Drive in Hudson, for falsifying physical evidence, a felony. On Sept. 4, 2016, in Hampton, he allegedly worked in concert with Colby Cameron to alter the appearance of a crash scene, removed a passenger, and placed her in the driver’s seat in order to impair an investigation.

Nicholas Salisbury, 20, of Wilder Street in Lowell, MA, for delivery of articles prohibited-marijuana, a felony, allegedly concealing the drug in his pants on Sept. 5, 2016, in Brentwood, while in the Rockingham County Jail.

Harley Senter, 26, of Elm Street in Plaistow, for receiving stolen property and theft by deception, both felonies. Between May and July 2016, in Plaistow, he allegedly obtained control of money owned by the Rockingham Trading Post. Senter, according to the indictment, has been convicted twice before of theft.
