NH Man Charged With Assaulting 3-Month-Old Child
Infant was under the care of Michael Roberson when Manchester Police determined the child suffered head injuries that were not accidental.

BEDFORD, NH — A New Hampshire man has been charged with first-degree assault after Manchester Police determined a 3-month-old under his care was admitted to Elliot Hospital with a brain injury. Michael Roberson, 25, called 9-1-1 in June claiming the infant was having a seizure.
Manchester Police said the child was evaluated at the hospital and determined to have bleeding on the brain from a traumatic injury that was not accidental.
A warrant was issued for Roberson's arrest on Wednesday and he was arrested on Thursday.
