By edging visiting Hollis-Brookline, the Division III No. 3 seed, the No. 2-seed Bedford High School football team advanced to the state championship game.

To win their first title, the Bulldogs must now defeat Portsmouth - a team they defeated 24-12 on Oct. 28 on the seacoast - at 1 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 19 at BHS.
