Red Flag Fire Danger Posted Again for New Hampshire

Dry weather, occasionally gusty winds create elevated fire dangers in the Granite State.

Forecasters and fire officials have put up another “red flag” fire danger for New Hampshire for today, May 6, 2015, from 11 a.m. until 8 p.m., according to an alert.

The National Weather Service is warning that dry weather, mild temperatures, and occasionally gusty winds have moved forecasters to keep the fire danger elevated today.

“Any fires may grow quickly and dangerously,” the alert stated.
