Alleged Jewelry Thief, Trailer Snatcher, Others Indicted: Roundup
Nashua man indicted for selling counterfeit drugs, Berlin man indicted for selling drugs in Merrimack, and Manchester man faces OUI charge.
NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South recently.
Jessica Beaulieu, 25, of Cheyenne Drive in Nashua, for possession of a controlled drug-Oxycodone, allegedly on Aug. 25, 2016, in Nashua.
James Blount, 51, pictured lower left, of Bowers Street in Nashua, for falsifying physical evidence, and two counts of sale of a counterfeit drug-heroin, fentanyl, subsequent offense, all felonies. That charges stem from an alleged incident on Sept. 13, 2016, in Nashua.

Jarrett Budd, 27, of Robin Road in Derry and/or Riverview Avenue in Methuen, MA, for two felony counts of receiving stolen property. On Sept. 27, 2016, he allegedly stole a trailer from a Hudson man. Budd was previously convicted of willful concealment in Salem District Court in September 2010 and receiving stolen property in Haverhill MA District Court in May 2010.

Colleen Gamache, 22, of Edwards Street in Nashua, for controlled drug act; acts prohibited-Oxycodone, a felony, allegedly on April 12, 2016, in Nashua.
Tyler Haynes, 25, of King Street in Berlin, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, for possession of a controlled drug-cocaine, with intent to distribute, and possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl, allegedly acting in concert with Amanda Haynes on July 26, 2016, in Merrimack.
Dennis Higgins, 51, pictured lower center, of Ayer Road in Nashua, for controlled drug act; acts prohibited-Clonazepam, a felony, as well as driving after revocation or suspension, resisting arrest or detention, and misuse/fail to display plates. Higgins was previously convicted in May 2010 in Manchester District Court and driving after revocation or suspension in January 2016 in Goffstown District Court.
Jimmy Jacques, 24, of Barrett’s Hill Road in Hudson, for possession of a narcotic drug-fentanyl, allegedly on Sept. 13, 2016, in Hudson.
Andrea King, 51, of Webster Street in Hudson, for felony theft by unauthorized taking, for allegedly stealing 37 piece of jewelry, totally more than $1,500, from Swarovski Crystal in Nashua between January 2014 and September 2016.
