Alleged Nashua Knife Assaulter, Drug Dealers, Others Indicted: Roundup
A woman was indicted for allegedly striking a child's face into cement and a NY man was indicted after an alleged Milford ID fraud incident.
NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently the Hillsborough County Superior Court-South.
James Adon, 27, of East 158th Street in the Bronx, NY, for criminal liability to identity fraud, a felony. He alleged “acted as lookout while Gendersso Javier reportedly committed ID fraud at the U.S. Cellular store in Milford on Aug. 10, 2016.

Kisah Antonetty, 30, pictured lower right, of Temple Street in Nashua, for possession of controlled drug-fentanyl and sale of a controlled drug-fentanyl, both felonies, allegedly on July 14, 2016, in Nashua, to an undercover police officer.
Kaysha Barriffe, 23, pictured lower left, of Orange Street in Nashua, for first-degree assault and first-degree assault-domestic violence. She allegedly stabbed another person – an intimate partner – with a knife on Sept. 9, 2016, in Nashua.

Agustin Baruffaldi, 22, pictured center left, of East Street in Lawrence, MA, for criminal liability to sale of a controlled drug-crack cocaine, a felony, as well as operating without a valid license-second offense, allegedly on Aug. 9, 2016, in Nashua. With the drug charge, Baruffaldi was reportedly acting in concert with Luis Riuz-Gonzalez, according to the indictment.
Jose Batista-Salva, 30, pictured upper left, of no fixed address in Nashua, for felony witness tampering, allegedly on Sept. 29, 2016, in Nashua. He allegedly attempted to induce another person to not say anything to another person that was testifying against him while he was out on bail, according to the indictment.
Brittney Bellino, 23, pictured lower center, of Ash Street in Nashua, for second-degree assault, a felony, for allegedly for rubbing or striking a child’s face against a cement floor causing an abrasion and bruising between June 11, and July 11, 2016, in Nashua.
Jonelle Boilard, 28, of Fuller Drive in Hudson, for felony burglary. On Aug. 20, 2016, Boilard allegedly burglarized a home on Page Road in Litchfield.
Jarrett Budd, 26, of Riverview Avenue in Methuen, MA, for felony stolen property. On Sept. 27, 2016, in Hudson, he allegedly stole a license plate and affixed it to his trailer. The license plate belonged to the Boy Scouts of America Troop 21. Budd was previously convicted of willful concealment in Salem District Court in September 2010 and receiving stolen property in Haverhill MA District Court in May 2010.
