Superior Court Roundup: 2 Indicted On Attempted Murder Charges

MANCHESTER, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court North.

Frederick MacKenzie, 50, of Route 123A in South Ackworth on five felony counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault charges. He was accused of raping and fondling a child between Dec. 10, 2008, and Dec. 9, 2010, in Hillsboro.

Joshua Maloney, 32, of Blucher Street in Manchester on a sale of crack cocaine charge on Sept. 1, 2021, in Manchester.

Noah Mann, 21, of Mont Vernon Road in New Boston on a felony second-degree assault charge. He was accused of striking another person with a metal pipe on May 8 in Goffstown.

Richard Marier, 20, of Walker Street in Manchester on attempted murder, second-degree assault, and two criminal threatening charges, all felonies. He was accused of pointing a handgun at a woman and threatening to kill her and smash her face between Oct. 1 and Nov. 30, 2021, in Manchester. On Dec. 29, 2021, he was accused of strangling a woman and threatening to “snap her head off” and kill her or words to that effect in Manchester.

Raymond Marshall, 67, of Granite Street in Manchester on a felony first-degree assault charge. He was accused of stabbing another person with a knife on May 26 in Manchester.

Christopher E. Martin, 23, of Country Club Drive in Manchester on a felony second-degree assault charge. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner on May 18 in Manchester.

Brian McCullough, 48, of Market Street in Manchester on a felony registration of online identifiers charge. He was accused of failing to report a Facebook account to Manchester police between Aug. 30 and Oct. 14, 2021. McCullough is a sex offender due to 15 computer pornography-prohibited charges from 2009.

Jean Carlo Medina-Correa, 28, of Spruce Street in Manchester on attempted murder, first-degree assault, two reckless conduct, and two criminal threatening charges, all felonies. He was accused of shooting at another person and threatening them and in the direction of a second person on July 16 in Manchester.

William Merrell, 49, of Beech Hill Avenue in Manchester on two felony aggravated felonious sexual assault charges. He was accused of sexually assaulting a child on Nov. 13, 2021, in Manchester.

Jason Morton, 19, of Beech Street in Manchester on nonconsensual dissemination of private sexual images and distribution of child sexual abuse images. He was accused of sending a video of a girl engaged in a sexual act to her parents via Facebook on March 24 in Manchester.

Kevin P. Mullaney, 34, of Pine Street in Concord on a felony possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl charge in Manchester on April 25.

Lenon Muoz-Benitez, 33, of Whittemore Road in Londonderry on a second-degree assault charge. He was accused of striking another person in the head with a glass bottle on June 12 in Manchester.
