Teen Indicted For Bat Attack, Using Vehicle As A Weapon: Court

Plus, Concord woman indicted on drug charges, alleged drug dealers indicted, and gang leader indicted on murder, rape, and assault charges.

MANCHESTER, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court-North.

Hector Rodriguez, 19, lower middle, of West Street in Manchester, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on two counts first-degree assault, seven counts of second-degree assault, and reckless conduct, all felonies. On Sept. 23, 2017, in Manchester, he allegedly struck another person with a metal bat. On May 12, 2017, he allegedly drove excessively fast – using the vehicle as a weapon – on South Willow Street, causing a collision, and injuring a child and others.

Emma Rogers, 23, of Concord Street in Concord, on three felony counts of controlled drug act; acts prohibited-crack cocaine, heroin, fentanyl, allegedly on Sept. 14, and April 2, 2017. Previously, according to the indictment, she was convicted of controlled drug act in Hillsborough County Superior Court-North in September 2014.

Brandon Griffin, 30, upper right, of Concord Street in Manchester, on two counts of first-degree assault, conspiracy to commit first-degree assault, criminal solicitation to commit first-degree assault, two counts of attempted tampering with witnesses and informants, two counts of conspiracy to commit tampering with witnesses and informants, two counts of criminal solicitation to commit tampering with witnesses and informants, four counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault, attempted second-degree murder, conspiracy to commit second-degree murder, criminal solicitation to second-degree murder, second-degree assault, 11 counts of attempted second-degree assault, 11 counts of criminal solicitation to second-degree assault, 11 counts of conspiracy to commit second-degree assault, 12 counts of felon in possession of a dangerous weapon, 14 counts of reckless conduct, 11 counts of criminal solicitation to commit reckless conduct, and 11 counts of conspiracy to commit reckless conduct, all felonies.

Isaias Davila, 31, of Manchester Street in Manchester, on three counts of possession of a controlled drug-cocaine, clonazepam, Oxycodone and possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl with intent to sell, all felonies, allegedly on Oct. 18, 2017, in Manchester.

Aliyah Davis, 19, of Nashua Street in Manchester, for felony criminal threatening for allegedly brandishing a handgun and pointing it at another person on Sept. 6, 2017, in Manchester.

Nathaniel Davis, 44, lower left, of Spruce Street in Manchester, for sale of a controlled drug-fentanyl and sale of a counterfeit-heroin, both felonies, allegedly on Oct. 23, 2017, in Manchester.

Brad Decoste, 19, of Wheelright Circle in Londonderry, for felony sale of marijuana allegedly on Aug. 31, 2017, in Manchester.

John Defeo, 44, of Brooke Street in Manchester, for habitual offender as well as possession of prescription drugs-burpropion allegedly on June 17, 2017, on Union Street in Manchester.

Jose Delgado Tarrats, 33, lower right, of Rainwood Road in Weare, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, for felony sale of a controlled drug-crack cocaine allegedly on Oct. 24, 2017, in Manchester. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of sale of a controlled drug in Hillsborough County Superior Court-North in July 2012.
