
The last person wanted and arrested by the Concord Police in connection with a massive roundup of alleged drug dealers and others in and around the capital region has been caught, according to Lt. Timothy O’Malley, the commander of the criminal investigations division.
Christopher Ruggles, 42, of Concord, was apprehended by Salem Police Department early this morning and turned over to Concord Police for processing. He was wanted for three felony sale of controlled drugs charges.

According to Lt. Joel Dolan of the Salem Police Department, officers were sent to the Park View Inn on South Broadway for a report of a man threatening to harm himself. When police arrived, they met with Ruggles and quickly learned that he had a warrant.
“While inside the room officers observed narcotics,” according to Dolan. “ The room was secured while officers applied for a search warrant. A short while later the search warrant was executed, and a quantity of heroin was located.”

Ruggles was arrested and turned over to the Concord Police Department, according to Dolan.
Ruggles was processed and released on $5,000 PR bail. His arraignment is scheduled for Nov. 9, 2015 at Concord District Court. Nine other individuals were arrested on various drug sales charges. A 10th person was arrested on a warrant during the process of executing the numerous drug dealing warrants, according to police.
