Alleged Concord Meth Dealers, Others Rounded Up

During the past week, the Concord Police Department Drug Enforcement Unit executed arrest warrants in an effort to clear the city’s streets of methamphetamines.

In all, nine people were arrested on various drug charges and one was arrested on other charges. Police are also searching for an eleventh individual as a part of the roundup.

The arrests and search warrants are the result of an approximately six-month investigation involving the drug unit with the assistance of the NH Attorney General’s Drug Task Force, according to Lt. Timothy O’Malley, the commander of the criminal investigations unit.

Police are seeking Christopher J. Ruggles, 42, of Bow, pictured in the upper left hand corner of the photo collage, on three counts of sale of controlled drugs.

Paul Lacourse, 48, of Bow, pictured in the bottom row, furthest to the right: Arrested 10/2/15 for Sale of Controlled Drug (Meth./Felony B) RSA 318:B-2 $1,000 PR bail. Arraignment on Nov. 2, 2015, at the 6th Circuit Court (Concord District Court).

Rianna Martin, 29, of Penacook, pictured in the middle row: Arrested on 9/29/15 for Possession of Controlled Drug (Meth./Felony B) RSA 318:B-2. $5,000 PR Bail. Arraignment on Nov. 2, 2015, at the 6th Circuit Court (Concord District Court). Rianna was re-arrested on 10/6/15 on Concord Police warrants for Sale of Controlled Drug (Meth. & Buprenorphine/Felony B) RSA 318:B-2 X5. These warrants were issued following her arrest on 9/29/15. $25,000 PR Bail. Arraignment on Nov. 16, 2015, at the 6th Circuit Court (Concord District Court) for these charges.

Taylor Carpentier, 21, of Concord, bottom row, center: Arrested on 9/30/15 for Sale of Controlled Drug (Meth./Felony B) RSA 318:B-2. $2,000 PR Bail. Arraignment on Nov. 2, 2015, at the 6th Circuit Court (Concord District Court).

Mark Moore, 34, of Concord, pictured in the middle row, in the third slot: Arrested on 10/1/15 for Poss. Of a Controlled Drug with Intent to Sell (Meth./Felony B) RSA 318-B;2 and Possession of Controlled Drug (Meth./Felony B) X4 RSA 318:B-2- Refused bail. (Arraigned on 10/2/15 – bail set at $200,000 cash). Mark was also arrested on a NH State Police warrant for Possession of a Controlled Drug (Meth./Felony B) RSA 318-B:2.

Lorin Gerlack, 35, of Boscawen, pictured in the bottom left corner: Arrested on 10/5/15 for Sale of Controlled Drug (Meth. /Felony B) & Conspiracy to Commit Sale of a Controlled Drug (Meth./318-B:26). Held on $2,500 cash bail. Arraignment today, Oct. 6, 2015 at the 6th Circuit Court (Concord District Court).

In addition to the arrests, Concord Police also executed multiple search warrants, including a search of a residence on Bow Street in Concord. As a result of these searches, Concord Police allegedly seized approximately $40,000 in cash, more than 30 grams of methamphetamines, and a small quantity of heroin.

During the execution of the search warrant at Bow Street, police arrested the following person on an unrelated warrant:

Asasha Santos, 20, of Concord, pictured in the top row: Arrested on 10/1/15 for an Electronic Bench Warrant (Nonappearance on a Pos. C/D charge). Arraignment on November 9, 2015 at the 6th Circuit Court (Concord District Court).
