80 in a 35 Zone Leads to DWI Arrest
New Hampshire State Police Arrest Lee Anderson on Route 4.

A state trooper patrolling Route 4 in Salisbury early this morning bagged a man for driving while intoxicated after allegedly speeding through a residential area.
Lee Anderson, 22, of Plymouth, was arrested at around 3:45 a.m. on March 8, 2015, and charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated.
According to a report, a New Hampshire State Trooper “observed” a vehicle on the road traveling 80 mph in a posted 35 mph residential area. The trooper stopped the vehicle and after an investigation, determined that Anderson was allegedly impaired and arrested him.

“(Anderson) refused to submit to a chemical test in order to determine a blood alcohol concentration,” according to Sgt. Bryan Trask.
Anderson was out on probation so he was held on cash bail at the Merrimack County House of Corrections. He will be arraigned in Franklin District Court on March 9.
