Accused Meth Dealer 'Armed And Dangerous' — U.S. Marshals
Robert Shawn Audette has a lengthy criminal history; is wanted on a federal possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute charge.

CONCORD, NH — The U.S. Marshal’s-New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force is attempting to apprehend a federal fugitive wanted on a methamphetamine dealing charge.
Task force members are looking for Robert Shawn Audette, 31, a Caucasian man who is 5 feet, 5 inches tall, weighs around 150 lbs., and has blue eyes and brown hair. He has numerous tattoos on his arms and legs, according to Jeffrey White, a deputy marshal. Audette has also been known to use the alias "John J. Durham" and is listed as "armed and dangerous" — due to past criminal activity and accusations.
"Audette is wanted for narcotic sales based on a federal indictment in the District of New Hampshire," White said. "Audette has a lengthy criminal history that includes narcotics, assault, and being a felon in possession of a firearm. Audette was last known to be in Manchester, NH, where he has extensive ties to family, friends and associates."

According to court records, Audette has criminal activity dating back to 2007 when he was accused of arson and criminal mischief in Goffstown and pleaded guilty to a single arson count in February 2008. Seven months later, he was convicted on a probation violation. In 2015, Audette was accused of felon in possession of a deadly weapon and criminal threatening-deadly weapon charges. He pleaded guilty to those charges in February 2016. Audette pleaded guilty to drug possession in July 2016 after an incident in Manchester but a controlled drug: acts prohibited out of Concord was nolle prossed. Audette was accused of being in possession of drugs as well as criminal liability for the conduct of another in June 2019 related to a case out of Manchester but two of those charges were dropped. He was to have a court date on one remaining charge Nov. 10 in Hillsborough County Superior Court North. In July 2019, he was accused of handguns; armed career criminal and felon in possession of a dangerous weapon but those charges were nolle prossed last month.
