After Being Refused Service, Man Allegedly Drives Drunk, is Arrested
Buffalo Wild Wings employee tips police off.

A Concord man is facing a DWI charge after leaving a Loudon Road restaurant after allegedly being refused alcohol service.
Jason E. Sullivan, 36, of Concord, was arrested at 7:27 p.m. on March 15, on a driving while intoxicated charge.
An officer was sent to the Buffalo Wild Wings on Loudon Road for a report of a subject that was refused alcohol service, according to a Concord Police Department arrest report.

When the officer arrived at the restaurant, an employee met the officer and reported that the man had left the area in a Subaru and was last seen near the Bed Bath and Beyond.
The officer caught up with the vehicle stopped at the light outside of the Shell Station on Loudon Road, heading out of the King’s shopping plaza.

When the light turned green, the officer alleged that the Subaru sat for about five seconds before attempting to turn left onto Loudon Road heading westbound.
“The vehicle almost hit the granite curb on the site of the road,” the officer alleged, and “then swerved left” and later “served right and nearly hit the granite curb again.”
The officer pulled the Subaru over at the intersection of Fort Eddy Road near Boloco. When the officer approached the driver, Sullivan, he alleged that “his eyes were glassy” and “could not focus on me” while the officer spoke with him.
After some discussion, Sullivan was arrested.
While being transported to booking, Sullivan allegedly stated, “The only bad ass thing I do is drink and drive. Retarded.”
Sullivan was later released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail and will be arraigned on April 1.
