Rhodes was wanted on an arrest warrant issued by Nashua Police for allegedly robbing the Alltown gas station on Hollis Street in October 2015. He was also wanted by the New Hampshire Parole Board for a parole violation after being convicted of armed robbery after hitting the same gas station in June 2013, according to a post on Nashua Patch. Rhodes was featured as the New Hampshire Fugitive of the Week last month.
“During this investigation numerous tips were received pointing to New York and New Jersey,” said Deputy Marshal Jamie Berry, who added that marshals were “actively closing in on Rhodes” before the arrest.

Rhodes has been charged with being a fugitive from justice. He will be brought back to New Hampshire “after he has resolved his criminal matters in New Jersey,” Berry said.
