Alleged Cocaine Dealer Arrested
Concord Police: While being picked up on a drug warrant, Karen Kalloch had more in her purse.

A local woman will be arraigned in court next month on two separate alleged drug incidents.
Karen Kalloch, 43, of Branch Turnpike in Concord, was arrested at 5:04 p.m. on Feb. 20, 2015, and charged with two counts of sale of controlled drugs and two counts of possession of controlled drugs, all felonies.
According to a report, on the date in question, officers attempted to look for Kalloch near her home on Branch Turnpike on an arrest warrant for two felony drug sale charges from incidents on Jefferson Avenue in Allenstown on Oct. 31, and Nov. 5, 2014, allegedly involving 3.5 grams of cocaine.

They came across a pickup truck and saw her inside.
“Kalloch was carrying a black purse which she immediately requested she bring inside of her residence,” according to the report.

Instead, she was taken into custody and transported to the police station.
While inventorying her purse, the reporting officer allegedly found a plastic bag containing cocaine inside a zippered compartment. There was also allegedly was a capped needle, cotton with residue, and a $10 bill with residue, in the interior pocket. Upon lifting the bill out, according to the report, another bag of white powder, 2.1 grams, was allegedly found.
“The white powder was tested and showing a positive presumptive test identifying it as cocaine,” the report alleged.
In another compartment, a prescription bottle was found with various pills for which she reportedly stated she had a prescription.
“While placing Kalloch’s prescription bottle containing Buprenorphine into her purse, she stated, ‘There are no more
drugs, I swear, you found them all,’ and began to laugh,” according to the reporting officer.
She is due to be arraigned on April 6.
According to online reports, she has been charged with driving infractions in the past.
