Alleged Fentanyl, Crack Cocaine Dealer Arrested
Concord Police charge Alexis Rivera-Burgos after four reported drug deals earlier this month.

CONCORD, NH - A man who reportedly claims that he doesn’t live in New Hampshire was arrested earlier this month on drug dealing charges, according to police.
Alexis Rivera-Burgos, 36, of Beacon Street in Concord, was arrested at 2:42 p.m. on April 20, 2016, on four counts of felony sale of controlled drugs.

Limited information about the case is available but according to an arrest report, the alleged transactions occurred on April 1, and April 5, 2016, in an apartment on Beacon Street, and reportedly involved 7.8 grams of crack cocaine and 4.7 grams of fentanyl. The value of the drugs was reportedly $900.

Police arrested Rivera-Burgos on Beacon Street at just after 2:30 p.m. on the day in question. Several detectives attempted to make contact with him at the apartment.
“We verbally identified ourselves and informed any occupants that if they did not come to the door we would force entry,” according to the report. “We received no response at the door and entry was forced through the main entrance of the apartment.”
The detectives cleared the apartment and made contact with Rivera-Burgos and arrested him.
Since Rivera-Burgos reportedly didn’t speak English so an interpreter was provided to him during processing, according to an arrest report. When asked where he lived, Rivera-Burgos allegedly stated Essex Street in Lynn, MA, and “insisted that he was not living on Beacon Street,” according to the detective. He requested bail, was given $20,000 cash bail, and was held. He was arraigned the next day.
