Alleged Fugitive NH Fentanyl Dealer Sought By U.S. Marshals
Joslynn Doliber has been arrested on numerous drug and shoplifting charges and allegedly failed to appear at a court date earlier this year.

CONCORD, NH — The District of New Hampshire - New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force is searching for a Granite State woman who allegedly failed to appear on a drug dealing charge. Joslynn Doliber, 33, is about 5-feet, 7-inches tall, and weighs around 160 lbs. She has blue eyes and brown hair.
Doliber also has a pierced abdomen. She is also known as “Joslynn Bunnell.”
According to the U.S. Marshals Service, a warrant was issued for Doliber’s arrest after she reportedly failed to appear in Strafford County on an original charge of possession of fentanyl with intent to distribute, a felony.

“Doliber’s current location is unknown, but she has ties to the Rochester and Ossippe areas,” according to Jeffrey White, a deputy marshal. “Doliber is believed to be traveling throughout this part of the state frequently.”
Back in April 2017, Doliber was arrested for willful concealment and warrants out of Carroll County after police found her in a room at the Rochester Holiday Inn Express with a man and 40 grams of heroin, according to Foster’s Daily Democrat.

Also according to Foster’s, she was arrested in June 2017 on a bench warrant for willful concealment. Also that month, she was arrested on multiple charges at Marshall’s – including allegedly being in possession of 55 grams of heroin and/or fentanyl – after loss prevention at the store called police due to past shoplifting issues with her, according to The Rochester Voice. In November 2017, according to The Voice, she was arrested again for shoplifting and a warrant at the JC Penney in Rochester. Police allegedly found her to be in possession of Suboxone, crystal meth, and other substances.
