Alleged Heroin Dealer Fails to Appear in Court: Marshals

CONCORD, NH — The District of New Hampshire - New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force is looking for an alleged heroin dealer who reportedly failed to appear in court earlier this year, according to the U.S. Marshals Service. Randell Peters is 24, about 5 feet, 6 inches tall, and weighs around 145 lbs.

Peters has brown eyes and black hair and numerous tattoos on his wrist, arms, and shoulders. He has been known to use the aliases “Kevin Peters” or “Kevon Randell Peters.” The warrant for Peters’ arrest was issued out of Rockingham County on Aug. 15, according to Deputy Marshal Jeffrey White.

“Peters is wanted on an outstanding arrest warrant for failing to appear on charges of heroin sales,” White noted in an alert. “Peters was last known to reside in the Dover, NH, area, where he has friends and associates. If you know of the whereabouts of Peters, or have observed a person that resembles him, please contact the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force or your local police.”

Peters was arrested in April on two counts of sale of controlled/narcotic drugs, according to a post on Portsmouth Patch. He was arrested by New Hampshire State Police in October 2015, for driving after suspension on Route 16. According to the New Hampshire Union Leader, his license was revoked for DWI in February.
