Concord Woman Arrested on Criminal Liability Charge: Log
Police: Portsmouth women arrested for assault, a sexual assault was reported on Woodbury Avenue, an overdose was reported on Edgewood Road.

PORTSMOUTH, NH – Joseph P. Gamester, 24, of Main Mast Circle in Newcastle, was arrested at 9:22 a.m. on April 9, 2016, on a theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was arrested by Newcastle on a Portsmouth warrant.

Rebecca A. Maines, 41, of South State Street in Concord, was arrested at 1:38 p.m. on April 11, 2016, on a criminal liability for conduct of another charge. She was arrested at Portsmouth District Court and then transported to Rockingham County and then the Strafford County Jail.

Deborah H. Marvit, 85, of Portsmouth, and Shirley E. Phillips, of Dennett Street in Portsmouth, were both arrested at 2:26 a.m. on April 12, 2016, for simple assault. Officers were sent to Dennett Street for a report of a domestic disturbance with two women fighting inside and outside of the home. Police arrived and arrested both women, according to the report.
Randell K. Peters, 24, of Adelle Drive in Dover, was arrested at 4:42 p.m. on April 12, 2016, on two counts of sale of controlled/narcotic drugs. He was arrested by Somersworth Police and transferred to a Portsmouth officer at the Dover tolls. He was later transported to the Rockingham County Jail.
Police were sent to Edgewood Road at 4:35 a.m. on April 13, 2016, for a report of a 25-year-old woman overdosing. She was later transported to the emergency room.
At 6:11 p.m. on April 14, 2016, a man was taken into protective custody after an incident on Griffin Road.
