Alleged Heroin Dealer Fails To Appear: Marshals

Rockingham County Sheriffs have requested the U.S. Marshals Service to locate Michael Francis. Have you seen him?

CONCORD, NH — The District of New Hampshire - New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force is asking for the public’s help locating an accused drug dealer that reportedly failed to appear in court earlier this year. Michael Francis, 28, is 5 feet, 10 inches tall, weighs around 175 lbs., and has blue eyes and blond hair. He has numerous tattoos on his back, chest, and both arms, as well as a scar on a left finger.

A warrant for his arrest was issued on Dec. 1, 2017, by the Rockingham County Sheriff’s Department for failure to appear in court on distribution of a controlled drug-heroin/fentanyl charge, according to Deputy Marshal Jeffrey White.

“Francis has ties to both the Portsmouth and Rochester areas,” he noted in a press statement.

According to reports online, Francis was arrested in April of this year by Portsmouth Police on the drug dealing charges. At the time, he was living in Portsmouth. A month before, when he was living in Barrington, Francis was arrested by Portsmouth Police on a warrant from another community. He was indicted on the drug dealing charges in July.
