Jones was arrested by Rockingham Sheriffs last month for failure to appear at the arraignment of a theft charge, according to a post on Exeter NH Patch. He was also arrested by Somersworth Police last year on a warrant for driving charges, according to fosters.com, as well as Rochester on driving charges.
According to reports online, Jones was also arrested in 2009 in Salem after a traffic stop where he allegedly swallowed packets of heroin and gave a false name to police officers. He allegedly assaulted police during the interaction, according to the report. Charges were elevated against Jones – and issued against two mothers, too – after police allegedly found needles in his vehicle, along with two children.
The warrants against Jones were issued on April 5, May 3, and May 12, 2016, according to White.
