Alleged Maine Drug Dealer Arrested by Sheriffs

Plus, alleged Manchester, Sandown burglars charged and Portsmouth man arrested on theft, mischief and other charges.

BRENTWOOD, NH - The following people were arrested by the Rockingham County Sheriff’s Department:

John P. Stacy, 43, of Westland Avenue in Manchester, was arrested on April 1, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at burglary charge and violation of a protective order.

Scott Velleca Sr., 44, of Spruce Road in Danville, was arrested on April 1, 2016, for failure to answer to a summons.

Zachary A. Franklin, 21, of Greenacre Drive in York, ME, was arrested on April 1, 2016, for driving while intoxicated, possession of drugs in a motor vehicle, possession of drugs with intent to distribute, and yellow/solid line violation.

Casey S. Jones, 40, of Birth Hill Road in New Durham, was arrested on April 1, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at an arraignment on theft charge.

Robert A. Kean, 35, of Tappan Court in Milton, was arrested on March 30, 3016, on a Farmington warrant.

Dalton G. Abbott, 21, of Park Street in Haverhill, MA, was arrested on a possession of drugs charge on March 30, 2016.

Joseph Ritcey, 36, of Sylvan Lane in Sandown, was arrested on March 30, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for burglary and on a Derry Police Department warrant for theft.

Reilly O. Leith, 29, of State Street in Portsmouth, was arrested on March 30, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear on a theft charge, criminal mischief, resisting arrest, and a second warrant on a bail jumping charge.
