Witnesses provided a description of the alleged assailant and police began searching the area. A suspect was later seen running across I-93 toward Concord so Concord Police were notified about the situation.

“Concord Police as well as Bow Police responded to the area and made contact with a male party matching the description of the suspect,” Merrigan stated.

The man – Alleyne – was arrested and held without bail. He was arraigned in Merrimack County Superior Court and held on $100,000 cash bail.

Alleyne, according to reports on Patch, was arrested earlier this year in Concord on a vandalism charge after an alleged incident on Jennifer Drive. He was arrested on a bench warrant on Jennings Drive back in December 2011. New Hampshire State Police arrested him on a bench warrant last year while in April 2011, he was also arrested in Franklin on a bench warrant.
