Franklin Teen Bagged for DWI: Concord Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Todd E. Spataro, year of birth 1966, of Airport Road in Concord, was arrested at 12:55 p.m. on Feb. 8, 2017, for felon in possession of a dangerous weapon, a felon, and three counts of possession of controlled drugs. He was arrested after an alleged incident on North Main Street.

Jesse E. Pickard Jr., YOB 1987, of Loudon Road in Concord, was arrested at 12:49 p.m. on Feb. 8, 2017, for duty to report and change of address; duty to inform. Pickard was convicted of two counts of felonious sexual assault of an underage teen (older than 13 but younger than 16) in 2010 and 2011, which requires him to register as a sex offender with the state for the rest of his life, according to the state of New Hampshire.

Kristine M. Blake, YOB 1990, of Gale Avenue in Northfield, was arrested at 1 p.m. on Feb. 8, 2017, for sale of a controlled drugs. She was arrested after an alleged incident in the Fosterville neighborhood.

Jacob St. Laurent, YOB 1998, of West Bow Street in Franklin, was arrested at 1:13 p.m. on Feb. 8, 2017, for driving while intoxicated and driving after revocation or suspension after an alleged incident at the Mobil Xtramart on Whitney Road.

Tristan Roukey, YOB 1988, of Warren Street in Concord, was arrested at 2 p.m. on Feb. 8, 2017, for resisting arrest or detention. He was arrested after an alleged incident on Warren Street.

Jason B. Alleyne, YOB 1988, of Cherry Valley Lane in Gilford, was arrested at 2 p.m. on Feb. 8, 2017, for criminal mischief-vandalism, after an alleged incident on Jennifer Drive.

Samantha M. Beland, YOB 1992, of Shasta Street in Manchester, was arrested at 3:55 p.m. on Feb. 8, 2017, on six counts of possession of controlled drugs and two counts of default or breach of bail conditions. She was arrested after an alleged incident at the Merrimack County Pre-Trial on North Main Street.
