Alleged Merrimack Drug Dealer Arrested: Log

Concord Police: Man arrested with baggie of meth, needles, Tilton woman charged with theft, aggressive panhandler charged with trespassing.

CONCORD, NH - David E. Lucia, 47, pictured, of Indian Rock Road in Merrimack, was arrested at 4:20 p.m. on Dec. 11, 2015, on four counts of felony sale of controlled drugs (heroin). On four dates in April 2015, in an apartment on Rumford Street, an apartment on Manchester Street, and a home on Airport Road, police allege that Lucia sold heroin. Police arrested him on a warrant and he was arraigned on Jan. 25.

Jazmine M. Gebo, 20, of Depot Street in Belmont, was arrested at 7:51 p.m. on Jan. 15, 2016, on a bench warrant out of Concord District Court issued on Feb. 23, 2015, for nonpayment of a fine, $274 cash to settle. She’s due in court on Feb. 1.

Kraig W. St. Germain, 38, of Prescott Road in Pittsfield, was arrested at 11:46 a.m. on Dec. 29, 2015, for felony possession of controlled drugs and a warrant. While on Airport Road, an officer saw a Nissan Maxima with an expired inspection sticker. The officer pulled the vehicle over and spoke to St. Germain, who allegedly stated it was a temporary plate that expired five days earlier. He also had active warrants out of Epsom for three counts of theft by unauthorized taking, felony theft, and four felony counts of forgery. After arranging to have the vehicle towed, a second officer allegedly found a small baggy of white powder with printed skulls on the outside, methamphetamine, according to a test, and a small box with a spoon, baggies, and needles. He’s due in court on Feb. 8.

Kenneth J. Lewis, 21, of Micol Road in Pembroke, was arrested at 10:40 p.m. on Dec. 21, 2015, for criminal mischief after an incident on Loudon Road on Oct. 11, 2015. He allegedly used a stick to break a door. Lewis was arrested by Allenstown Police. The officer alleged that he “seemed confused” at why he was being arrested and denied being in Concord. He’s due in court on Feb. 1.

Jody L. Griggs, 33, of Kearsarge Avenue in Hopkinton, received a summons at 9:50 a.m. on Dec. 11, 2015, for driving after revocation or suspension, unregistered vehicle, and misuse of plates, after a traffic stop on Fisherville Road for an expired registration. The officer, after stopping the vehicle, alleged that a number on the license plate had been altered with a marker. Griggs’ license was suspended on Dec. 11, 2015, and was given a summons.
