Witness: Man arrested for heroin took slaps by woman "like a champ"; Mass. man arrested for kicking, biting woman over liquor nips, call.

Desiree C. Kenyon, 20, pictured, a homeless woman now located in Concord, was arrested at 2:49 p.m. on July 30, 2015, for criminal trespass and default or breach of bail conditions. She was arrested again at 11:15 p.m. on Aug. 18, on criminal trespass, resisting arrest, and default or breach of bail conditions charges. In the first instance, officers were sent to the area behind The Concord Center on Ferry Street to check on the welfare of a person and encountered Kenyon and others who were in a homeless camp and not supposed to be on Pan Am Railway property. A check of Kenyon yielded an arrest from July 16, 2015, for trespassing on the railroad tracks. A condition of her bail was to stay off the railroad tracks so she was arrested. A few weeks later, officers were called to the Holiday Inn on North Main Street for a report of a woman being chased by several men. Kenyon alleged that four unknown men had chased her from the area of The Friendly Kitchen to the Holiday Inn. “Kenyon appeared to be delusional and kept pointing out ‘people’ to us when there was no one there,” the officer alleged. Dispatch advised that there was an arrest warrant for Kenyon for criminal trespass, breach of bail and resisting arrest, from another incident along the railroad tracks on July 31, 2015, and she was arrested. She’s due in court on Sept. 28.

Daniel Flynn, 50, of John Ewer Drive in Sandwich, MA, was arrested at 12:01 a.m. on Sept. 11, on three counts of simple assault and three counts of domestic violence-simple assault. At around 10 p.m. on Sept. 2, 2015, an officer was sent to the Days Inn on South Main Street for a domestic. A woman, who was upset and crying, alleged that Flynn, her boyfriend, had assaulted her. The officer noted bruising on the side of her right eye and left arm, and a bite mark on her hand. She alleged that while driving to Laconia from Massachusetts, he stopped at the Hooksett Welcome Center and requested she buy some liquor nips but she refused. He allegedly grabbed her arm and pushed her. They got back on I-93 and she received a phone call from a friend and he allegedly became enraged, pulled over at Exit 12, and pulled into the motel parking lot. He allegedly bit her hand and threatened to kill her, according to a court affidavit. He allegedly proceeded to drag her out of the vehicle and she fell. She alleged he kicked her in the head, got in the vehicle, and left, while she was on the ground. A warrant was issued on Sept. 3, and Flynn turned himself in on Sept. 11. Jazmine M. Gebo, 19, of Gebo Way in Belmont, was arrested at 6:20 p.m. on Aug. 7, on a bench warrant. Officers were sent to Merrill Park for a report of a suspicious vehicle with smashed out windows and two women inside, possibly impaired. They arrived and found two teens. One reportedly gave the name of “Ashley Ortiz” but dispatch couldn’t find anyone with that name. The officer asked if they knew each other, because she looked familiar. She reportedly stated they didn’t and she only had contact with Belmont Police when she was 13. Dispatch kept running checks and working with Belmont PD to find out who she was and finally figured out that it was Gebo from tattoos and a previous booking photo. “I then recalled having given her a ride home” previously, the officer noted. “I didn’t think you’d figure it out,” Gebo allegedly stated. She had an active warrant from April 30, 2015, for nonpayment of fines out of Concord District, $174 cash to settle, and was arrested. Gebo is due in court on Sept. 14.
Crystal Dufault, 33, of Rochester Hill Road in Rochester, was arrested at 1:22 a.m. on Aug. 3, on a felony theft charge from the Loudon Road Laundromat on Loudon Road from March 19, 2014. She was arrested in Manchester and is due in court on Sept. 14.
Paul Brooks, 27, of Salmon Falls Road in Rochester, was arrested at 6:40 p.m. on Aug. 1, for felony possession of controlled drugs. Also arrested was Alphonsine Adams-Peron, 24, of Forest Avenue in Rochester, on a warrant as well as charges of simple assault, domestic violence-simple assault, attempt to commit simple assault, and attempt to commit domestic violence-simple assault. Officers were called to a possible domestic incident on Warren Street with a caller reporting that a woman had struck a man in the face and she was also hitting herself in the face. They located the man and woman and separated them. Neither reportedly had IDs and the woman reportedly stated she was 17. She stated they had moved to North Spring Street. Due to her age, the officer thought she might be a runaway and asked for people he could call. After calling some numbers, the officer found out that the woman was Adams-Peron and not a teenager. She also had an active warrant on a probation violation out of Strafford County and was arrested and held without bail. In her purse, the officer allegedly found two used needles but she allegedly denied having heroin. The man, Brooks, however, allegedly admitted to having needles, Q-tips, and heroin. He was also arrested. A witness alleged that Adams-Peron “threw a bottle at the males head” and then “struck the male in the face with her hand.” She then allegedly began striking herself in the face. The witness told the officer that Brooks “took it like a champ and did not retaliate,” according to the report.
Zachary I. Parent, 28, of North State Street in Concord, was arrested at 2:52 p.m. on July 31, for felony possession of controlled drugs, possession of drugs in a motor vehicle, uninspected vehicle, and a bench warrant. Officers driving on Storrs Street ran a check on a Mercury that drove by them, without an inspection sticker, and found that the owner, Parent, has an active warrant from July 30, 2015, for nonappearance in court on a driving after revocation or suspension charge. He was pulled over and was arrested. During an inventory check of the vehicle, police allegedly found a baggie with powder that field-tested presumptive positive for heroin. He’s due in court on Sept. 14.
