“Investigators observed MacDonald leave the residents at which time he was arrested without incident,” Berry said. “MacDonald was turned over to the Raymond Police Department for processing and will be held pending his initial court appearances in reference to all of his charges.”
Several member agencies from the New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force assisted in the safe arrest of MacDonald including deputies from the U.S. Marshals Office, Rockingham, Strafford and Hillsborough Counties Sheriff's Offices, Berry noted.
The failure to appear warrant as well as the drug, driving, and dangerous weapon charges, were issued out of the Carroll County Sheriff’s Department, according to Berry. Wolfeboro Police wanted MacDonald on the car theft charge.
