According to NHSP, a trooper attempted to stop a 2015 Nissan Sedan at around 7 a.m. this morning for speeding on I-93 in Canterbury. The driver, later identified as Ishikawa, allegedly refused to stop and a pursuit ensued “with the operator driving erratically in and out of the breakdown lane,” according to Sgt. Maurice Sampson.
“The vehicle pulled over at one point and then merged back onto the highway,” Sampson stated. “The operator continued driving erratically. The vehicles tires were deflated a short time later via a spike strip that was placed on the roadway by another trooper.”
